Wisconsin Lake Weather Fishing Reports

Update 4.27.13:
We have added two cameras from Kelly Lake in Oconto County. Thanks to Roger, Dave and KellyLake.net for providing the camera feeds.

Update 4.25.13: We also have added a new camera for Lake Michigan. It is located at the Algoma Marina. Thanks to Kevin at the K/D Salmon Tournament and the folks at Netsonic for making this possible. The camera can be found at this link: Algoma Marina Webcam or via the main and sidebar menus.

Hello Everyone,

It’s was a bright sunny day today. It seems that these type of days are few and far between so far this year. Spring has eluded us for far too long! They are saying it might snow again tomorrow, but the weekend forecast looks to be fantastic. I’m sure everyone is just as excited as I am to get outside and enjoy some nice weather.

The fishing season has been off to a slow start this year. There are certainly plenty of people fishing the Wolf River as well as the Fox River in DePere, but the weather has been less than ideal and the water is still pretty cold. Hopefully the weather will warm up soon and for good!

We are excited to announce a new feature for Wisconsin Lake Weather. We will be providing fishing reports from local area guides and other respected fisherman such as bloggers, outdoor writers, etc.

Currently, we have three contributors committed to submitting reports and are working on adding more.

Keith LaBlaine – Learn to Fish Guide Service
John McArdle – Local Outdoor Writer/Photographer
Scott Spitza – Another Limit Sport Fishing Charters

Below you will see an example report:

These contributors will be providing reports for Lake Winnebago, Green Bay, Lake Michigan as well as the Wolf River. These folks are kind enough to take time out of their busy schedules to post reports. Please take a moment to visit their respective websites and be sure to keep them in mind when booking your next guided trip.

These reports are intended to give people a starting point when they venture out on the water. You can access the reports via the main menu on top, as well as the sidebar menu.

If you are lucky enough to fish regularly and are interested in submitting reports, please email us at wisconsinlakeweather@gmail.com.

Thanks for visiting!
